First of all make sure that you did enable the plugin.
Secondly, remove / in front of the gallery name.
Lastly rename your gallery avoiding - or other special elements.

Same issue @ my site. Running three subdomains, only one keeps failing. Using {gallery}rmbeton/articles/feestenrbm25{/gallery} without any special chars. Nothing works there.

Moved site back to my PC: no problemo! Both other sites have underscores in the dir names, but they work... Seems like it doesn't even jump into the plugin. Put an invalid statement directly into jw_sigpro.php to see whether it crashes, but it simply doesn't. There's more about  the curly brackets not being interpreted, but weird to have 3 systems running on the same server-config and having only one fail.

Some news - already!. Installed the FREE version and inactivated the PRO version - led to errormessage on not being able to create a dir in the CACHE-directory. Set it to 777 - worked. Swapped back to use of PRO - works too.

Think the error message get's caught, and is not communicated back to the clientside. This was however not a problem "some time ago". Only started working on this site today after a long time. May have to do with PHP being upgraded from 5.2 to 5.3 in the meantime.

So: take alook at your cache directory and take proper actions to make it available (there's a way around the 777, but I'm not an apache-expert).
